Concept of hard work and patience

The concept of hard work and patience is incredibly challenging.


The level of patience one needs to build something substantial, a child (as a parent), a business (as an entrepreneur), government, organization, or nonprofit is huge.


It takes a lot of time and work, and most people just don't want that.


They're convinced that there are shortcuts, shortcuts don't exist.


The perception of them existing exists, but the reality in success is that you're going to struggle to build something meaningful.


Nothing happens overnight.
