मैं शरीर को चलाने वाली शक्ति(energy )☀️हूं।
मेरा रूप एक प्रकाशमय बिंदू(light)⭐ के समान है।
मेरा निवास भृकुटी में, मस्तक(,forehead) के बीच में है।
हर विचार (thought)💭का निर्माण (create)करने वाली
हर भावना (feelings)💌को महसूस करने वाली
कर्म इन्द्रीय (sensesआंख,नाक,कान ,मुख, स्पर्श द्वारा बाहरी जगत के सम्पर्क(contact) 🗽में आने वाली
संबंधों (relationships)🫂को रचने वाली , निभाने वाली
शक्ति(power)मैं आत्मा हूं।
मन, बुद्धि,संस्कार (mind, intellect, sanskars)मुझ आत्मा की शक्तियां हैं।💥
मन के द्वारा मैं आत्मा विचार करती हूं,सोचती हूं।(I create thoughts with my mind)💭
बुद्धि के द्वारा मैं आत्मा परखती हूं,निर्णय लेती हूं।(I judge⚖️ right /wrong and take my decisions through intellect)☑️
कर्मइन्द्रीय 👁️👄👅🗣️🙌के द्वारा मैं आत्मा कर्म करती हूं(Through my senses I do all my work)✍️
जो कर्म मैं आत्मा बार बार करती हूं,वह मुझ आत्मा का संस्कार(Strong Habits) 🧠बनता है।
आत्मा के नीजी (original)संस्कार ज्ञान(knowledge)🫧,पवित्रता(purity),शांति🌪️(peace),
प्रेम(love)♥️सुख(happiness)👥आनंद(bliss)
शक्ति(power) 👑है ।
आत्मा परमधाम(sweet silence Home,)की निवासी है,जोकि
सूर्य चांद तारों🌄 से परे ब्रह्म लोक है, परलोक है(highest abode)
ऊंचे से ऊंचा शांति का लोक है ,वाणी से परे धाम है, निर्वाणधाम 🌅है।
इस लोक से आत्मा मनुष्य सृष्टि(human world) पर आकर 5 तत्वों (5 elements)का शरीर 🎎धारण करती है और कर्म क्षेत्र पर अपना पार्ट play📢 करती है।
जैसे actors 👰stage पर role के हिसाब से dress धारण कर part play💃🕺 करते है वैसे ही मुझ आत्मा ने भी यह शरीर धारण किया है part play करने के लिए,part पूरा होते ही मैं आत्मा अपने घर परमधाम का अनुभव करती हूं👼।

I'm a soul. (the soul)
I am the energy that drives the body.
My form is similar to a luminous radiant light
My residence is in center, in the middle of the forehead.
The one who creates every thought
One who feels all the emotions
I come in Contact with the external world through the senses (eyes, nose, ears, mouth, touch).
Creator and sustainer of the relationships .
I am the power of spirit.
Mind, intellect, sanskars are the powers of my soul.
I think through the mind,which is the one of the power of soul. (I create thoughts with my mind):
Through the intellect I examine /judge right or wrong, I take my decisions through intellect.
Through my senses I do all my work.
The actions that I ,the soul repeatedly performs make a strong habit of the soul.
The original Sanskars of the soul: knowledge, purity, peace,Love, happiness, bliss and power.
The soul is the inhabitant of the sweet silence home, which is beyond the sun, the moon and the stars and is the highest abode called Brahman.
The highest is the land of peace, the abode beyond speech, the abode of nirvana.
From this world, the soul comes to the human world, takes the body of the 5 elements and plays its part on the karmic field.
Just like the actors dress up on stage according to the role and play the part, similarly I,the soul has also taken this body to play the part, as soon as the part is completed, I feel myself ( soul) in my home.
I connect easily with my spirit here.
