Success comes to those make a promise with the self...no matter,the no. of times they fail,they will  always rise with a higher magnitude of courage,preparation and determination.

  2. They now know their areas of improvement,the areas that they still need to work on.
  3. They are more experienced now,they have a taste of success.They know what works and what doesn't.
  4. They have that inner satisfaction that comes from hard work.
  5. They now know how to convert hard work into sharp work.
  6. They have challenged the odds and risen above them,this itself adds to their confidence level and they see what others can not see,victory.
  7. They are more resourceful now.May be there are less resources,but resourcefulness means a great plan,a vision,an idea,power to convince,power to lead,power to make waste into best.A strategy to bring out best of results from the resources available.
  8. They now,know the value of interpersonal relationships and the talents hidden  in each one.
  9. They now know the role of values (honesty,integrity,humbleness,patience,tolerance,contentment and unity) among the team members that brings success in long run.
  10. They become more and more consistent and focused on their work that now no matter whether  there is success or failure.It is joy of working ,it is the joy of learning that becomes a success for them.

On the contrary there are those who stop doing efforts,they forget to think higher,Dream big,live passionately.Trials never kills anyone,it is our experience that kills.It is that experience of failure that makes them believe that the aim is un achievable which is just a fear and slagness.In reality,we never fail,either we learn or we find a better way and that's what makes a person strong and powerful,which is the secret behind being the one who is Big hearted(in contrast to being disheartened).God is the ocean of wisdom,when he is guiding our way,how can we ever fail or compromise excellence.We are born winners and aiming high keeps us moving with zeal and enthusiasm.
