  मैं आत्मा हूं।(Soul)✨ मैं शरीर को चलाने वाली  शक्ति(energy )☀️हूं। मेरा रूप एक प्रकाशमय बिंदू(light)⭐ के समान है। मेरा  निवास भृकुटी में, मस्तक(,forehead) के बीच में है। हर विचार (thought)💭का निर्माण (create)करने वाली कर्म इन्द्रीय (sensesआंख,नाक,कान ,मुख, स्पर्श द्वारा बाहरी जगत के सम्पर्क(contact) 🗽में आने वाली संबंधों (relationships)🫂को रचने वाली , निभाने वाली शक्ति(power)मैं आत्मा हूं। मन, बुद्धि,संस्कार (mind, intellect, sanskars)मुझ आत्मा की शक्तियां हैं।💥 मन के द्वारा मैं आत्मा विचार करती हूं,सोचती हूं।(I create thoughts with my mind)💭 बुद्धि के द्वारा मैं आत्मा परखती हूं,निर्णय लेती हूं।(I judge⚖️ right /wrong and take my decisions through intellect)☑️ कर्मइन्द्रीय 👁️👄👅🗣️🙌के द्वारा मैं आत्मा कर्म करती हूं(Through my senses I do all my work)✍️ जो कर्म मैं आत्मा बार बार करती हूं,वह मुझ आत्मा का संस्कार(Strong Habits) 🧠बनता है। आत्मा के नीजी (original)संस्कार ज्ञान(knowledge)🫧,पवित्रता(purity),शांति🌪️(peace), प्रेम(love)♥️सुख(happiness)👥आनंद(bliss) शक...

  Pain is inevitable but suffering is. Anything you do, whatever you choose,be sure that there will not be instant success.You will have to work for it day in and day out, every second you have to live with it.practice/train yourself/your every cell to vibrate with your purpose . You will need to develop mental muscles before you will learn something and become a part of you, this can be a habit,a lifestyle change, behaviour change,a change in your schedule, initially it may appear to be a mess but be patient with it ,it will eventually fix in your system that it will no longer be another trouble but something that frees you of many troubles created on account of our wrong behaviours,wrong thinking patterns,wrong habits and  disbalanced lifestyles causing us suffering in the form of strained relationships,loss of interest in our work,loss of enthusiasm and happiness in life,loss in the zest of being and living a complete Life.

  Believe in yourself /choice There will be many options  Many choices,many suggestions. Everyone has one or other things to say which is at times over whelming  Many people have many ideas /suggestions for you. How do I Choose what is best for me. By silencing your mind  You can very well analyse,judge the various options and choices presented to you and choose what is best for you by listening to your heart(inner concious) and connecting to your  higher conciousness and slowly to supreme consciousness. After making your choice, remain focused on your aim and no more get distracted by various other options and people who choose options diffrent from yours and keep moving in your choosen direction without distraction or a second thought.

  Believe in your choice/purpose  There may appear a time ,you will find yourself alone in your path,others may appear more right/more successful/ happier than you , which is an illusion. Everyone does hardwork  Everyone faces challenges everyone faces setbacks,  everyone faces failures, They are there to make you rise,learn, work more, go ahead. No one is born perfect. They are there to make you perfect. They are there for you to take up new avenues,take up risks,leave your comfort zones.become fearless and  independent,. They are to tell you must Keep working, You must keep doing, You must keep moving ahead and you will win over your limitedness and rise beyond your own set boundaries. There is no perfect way/ choice. You make a choice work for you by your perseverance and positive attitude. पांच विकारों की प्रवेशता का कारण और निवारण

Body concious होने से ही पांच विकारों की प्रवेशता होती है। आत्मा जब पहले पहले सृष्टि  पर आती है तो किसी का बच्चा बन, किसी के घर में पैदा होती। पहले छोटा शरीर होता है,organs छोटे है,बोल नहीं सकती। धीरे धीरे बोलने लगती है, पार्ट play करने लगती है। कर्म करने लगती है। छोटा बच्चा तो आत्म अभिमानी,(soul conscious)होता है,फूल होता है।सतोप्रधान होता है। अबोध (unaware)होता है।उस पर किसी बात का कोई प्रभाव नहीं होता। जैसे जैसे बड़ा होता है,कर्म में आता है, उसके मन पर दुनिया का प्रभाव पड़ने लगता है।और वह आत्मा अभिमानी (,soul concious)से बदल देह अभिमानीॢ‌(body concious) होने लगता है। और पांच विकारों  (काम-  lust क्रोध-Anger लोभ-Greed मोह-Attachment अहंकार-Ego)  की प्रवेशता उसके अंदर होने लगती है। और उसके कर्म विकर्म(Negative karma,Sinful actions) बनने शुरू होते हैं। आत्म अभिमानी स्थिति में जो कर्म करते हैं वे सुकर्म (good deeds, positive karma, Charitable deeds)बनते हैं। परमात्मा हमें राजयोग के माध्यम से आत्म अभिमानी होना सिखाते हैं और जीवन में रहते, कर्म करते कर्म से न्यारा होना ...

  We are all different. जीवन में लोग हमसे अलग होते हैं। सबकी अपनी सोच होती है, विचार होते हैं।सबके मिल कर चलने के लिए आत्मा में शक्ति होनी चाहिए।जो कि परमात्मा से योग लगाने से मिलती है। जैसे कोई बात बड़ी है या छोटी ,ये  हमारे उसे देखने के नजरिए (point of view)और हमारी आंतरिक शक्ति(inner power) पर निर्भर करता है।बात का अपना कोई वज़न(weight,) नहीं होता। हमारा उस बात को देखने का नजरिया(दृष्टिकोण )ही उस बात को छोटा या बड़ा बनाता है। अपनी आंतरिक शक्तियों(inner power)  को बढ़ा कर हम कोई भी बात से बड़े बन सकते हैं। मुश्किल बात को सहज,(easy) बना सकते हैं। समय पर सहन (tolerate)कर पाना, धैर्य (patience)रख पाना एक बहुत बड़ी शक्ति(power) है। बातों पर react नहीं करना,यह एक बहुत बड़ी शक्ति(power) है।जाने देना(It's ok). इससे हम अपनी बहुत सारी ऊर्जा(energy )को व्यर्थ जाने से बचा सकते हैं, जिसे हम अनेक प्रकार के निमार्ण (construction)के कार्य मे लगा सकते है। अपनी नई (new)अच्छी आदतों (habits)को रच सकते है। अपने सम्बन्धों को मधुर(sweet) बना सकते हैं। अपने तन और मन की healing कर सकते है। अपन...
