Apologizing: A Gesture of Love and Respect
Apologizing: A Gesture of Love and Respect
Saying sorry doesn't necessarily mean I'm at fault,
Nor does it imply I'm wrong, and you're absolutely right.
It simply means that our bond, our connection, and our tie,
Are more precious to me than my pride, my ego, or my need to justify.
When I apologize, I'm choosing to put our relationship first,
To prioritize the love and respect we share, and to nurture our trust.
It's a gesture of humility, a sign of my commitment to you,
A recognition that our relationship is stronger than any disagreement we may pursue.
So when I say I'm sorry, know that it's coming from the heart,
A symbol of my love and devotion, a brand new start
